The NPtalk Community

The heart and sole of NPtalk is the amazing community of dedicated people. Our community consists of nonprofit leaders, nonprofit communicators, nonprofit technologists, nonprofit consultants, nonprofit volunteers, nonprofit board members and anyone else with an interest in nonprofit success. Our ability to connect, engage and grow through social media and other online tools has helped strengthen this group. We hope you will join us too.

Some ways to be a part of our community:

#NPtalk Twitter Chat – This is what started this community, a weekly Twitter chat focused on advancing nonprofit missions through the use of digital communications. The chat continues to thrive each week focusing on topics YOU the community help select. Check out our Twitter Chat page for more information.

NPtalk blog – Our blog is evolving from a simple place to post Twitter Chat transcripts to a rich source of nonprofit information. Please consider writing a guest blog post to offer your expertise to the community. Please contact us now to discuss guest blog posting.

NPtalk Enews – Want to stay in the know right in your inbox without even clicking on our website? Sign up now for our Enews so you don’t miss a thing.

NPtalk on Facebook - That’s right, we have our very own fan page. This is a place for community members to post interesting links, ask questions to the community and get connected with others.

NPtalk on LinkedIn – Yup another group. But we found that some topics were better for discussion on LinkedIn and some people preferred LinkedIn to connect. So we created the group and you can join by clicking here. If you have never participated in a LinkedIn group, check us out – it’s a great experience and this group rocks!

NPtalk online community – Coming soon – we will have our own thriving free membership community right here on NPtalk.co. It will start with simple forums for more in depth discussion that is a bit more private and will grow to include resources, webinars, videos, etc. as the community grows. Our hope is to create a place where nonprofit leaders and community members can come to continue the online public discussions from the chats, etc. More info to come soon.
